Dear all,

OFI are continuing to work on college reopening plans ahead of September. We are looking forward to welcoming the class of 2020/21, both returning and new students. The new academic year is planned to commence on the week of the 21st of September.

Dear PLC Students,

On behalf of the management and staff of Ó Fiaich Institute, we thank you for the high level of engagement and cooperation demonstrated by all PLC students over the past two weeks.

It is no exaggeration to say that this year has been like no other throughout the lifetime of OFI and the conclusion of the academic year may be achieved without our educational community coming together on campus as was the norm before COVID-19 struck.

To all students,

As we enter Week 2 of remote learning, I want to thank you for your flexibility, willingness to adapt and continued support through these very challenging circumstances. Our staff team are working to the best of their ability to support you in these times and we ask that you follow the guidelines and direction of programme coordinators and teachers through the coming weeks.

To all students,

As you are aware the world is facing a major challenge in the form of the Covid-19 virus and the possibility of it spreading and infecting a large section of the population of Ireland. The government has announced this afternoon that all schools and colleges will close which comes into effect in the college today at 15.30pm. College Facilities will be closed as per this directive and learners will not be able to access any resources/facilities during this time.
